Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technology was first used in during the early 1980s in Iran to improve the 12-line corridor of the Abadan Refinery. In this regard, the engineering and operational team of the contractor was trained under the training of the German contractor and manufacturer of the HDD machine, and the project was successfully completed. After years of advising, supervising, running and implementation of horizontally-oriented drilling projects in the oil, gas and power industries, the management and executive team of the mentioned projects, had established a new company with the name of Sanat Gostaran Parsa Bonyan Co. the company is been founded to serve the country's industry using their experiences.
The company utilizes experienced and expert personnel in engineering and implementation management departments, whom has a history of implementing more than 30 successful pipe line in various sizes (4 up to 48 inches), and has two of the most up-to-date and advanced HDD rigs in the area and have begun to provide horizontal directional drilling services to employers. Also, Sanat Goshtaran Parsa Bonyan Co., by obtaining an agreement with the owners of horizontal directional drilling machines with a tonnage of 500 tons, and practically capable of executing such projects from 2 to 56 inches in diameter.
Following the successful localization of engineering services and the implementation of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects in the country during the 1980s, and carrying out numerous projects in this field in Iran and Iraq, and after years of advisory, monitoring and Also, implementation of horizontally-oriented drilling projects in the oil, gas and power industries, management and executive team of the mentioned projects has been achieved by establishing Sanat Gostaran Parsa Bonyan Co, with the aim of transferring these experiences to the private sector, while developing services to all industries as well as increase the quality level of projects in this sector, we also have to creating jobs on the agenda.
